Hi, I’m Chad Barribeau, Franchise Advisor at Franchise Sidekick. I’ve spent the last several years helping people build businesses that match their passions, goals, and long-term vision.

I started my career in the fitness franchising world, and what hooked me early on wasn’t just the business model—it was the people. I’ve had the chance to work on all sides of the franchise equation: leading teams inside corporate-owned locations, supporting franchisees in the field, driving multi-unit performance, and guiding new owners through the development process. Those experiences gave me a front-row seat to what makes a franchise truly successful: the right people, the right systems, and the right support.

I love getting to know clients, understanding what motivates them, and helping them navigate big decisions with clarity and confidence. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching someone step into ownership, gain momentum, and start building the life they’ve envisioned for themselves.

My goal is simple: be a steady, honest partner for clients from day one and make sure they feel supported and confident at every step of the journey.

I have had the chance to work across franchise sales, corporate operations, multi-unit management, and business coaching for 100+ locations. This experience has given me a full understanding of how great franchises are built and how they thrive.

Favorite sidekick?

Phil (the goat man) from Hercules. I picked Phil because he’s loyal to a fault and always looking out for Hercules, even when things get messy. He pushes him, calls him out, and coaches him hard, but always with heart. Phil believes in Hercules even when he doesn't believe in himself.
