I’ve spent over 20 years in the fitness and franchise world, helping launch and scale Orangetheory Fitness studios and advising franchise owners as a consultant and partner. After two decades of building brands from the ground up, I transitioned into tech with Canva, where I worked with global enterprises to elevate their design and communication strategies.

Today, I combine my background in franchising, consulting, and creative tech to help businesses grow with strategy, storytelling, and simplicity.

What do you love about franchising?

I love the power of brand and how that resonates across markets to attract new customers. I also enjoy that its a proven playbook that anyone can take and be successful with.

What do you love about working with clients?

What I love most is building real relationships and helping clients gain clarity on their goals. There’s something really fulfilling about being a trusted guide and helping someone move from feeling stuck or unsure to feeling confident and equipped to take the next step. Every client brings a different challenge, and I enjoy digging in, asking the right questions, and offering solutions that actually move the needle. At the end of the day, it’s about creating wins together.

With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of fitness, franchising, consulting, and technology, I’ve had the opportunity to help build, scale, and support some of the most recognized brands in the industry. My career includes leadership roles and strategic contributions at innovative companies like Orangetheory Fitness—where I was part of its explosive growth in the boutique fitness space—and Canva, a global tech platform that’s reshaping how businesses communicate visually.

Favorite sidekick?

My wife Cara! She is a serial optimist and always has a grounded and positive outlook on every situation. She never judges, and is my sounding board for all our important life decisions.
