I’m Erin Nelson, Operations Coordinator & Office Manager at Franchise Sidekick, where I bring over 15 years of experience in guest services, administration, and event planning & coordinating. My passion lies in helping people succeed, whether by coming alongside them in business, creating and executing memorable events, or cheering them on as they discover how they can break out of their 9 to 5 to pursue a life on their own terms! 

On the entrepreneurial side, my husband and I owned and operated a kettle corn business for 8 years, where we enjoyed creating gourmet kettle corn for private and community events, as well as crafting customized gifts.

What do you love about franchising?

Being new to franchising, I am learning just how impactful this industry is in helping people find a way to reach personal/professional goals, break from the typical 9 to 5, or even leave a legacy for their families. The opportunities are endless!

Their success is my success. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a client reach their goals.

Tell us a little about yourself!

Our family loves the outdoors! You might find us camping on the weekends, riding on a bike path, hiking at a state park, or kayaking at a nearby lake. We also love a good family movie night. My husband, Paul, and I have been married 19 years. We have 3 super fun girls ages 14, 11, and 8. We’re in our “Uber” era!

Favorite sidekick?

Scuttle & Flounder from the Little Mermaid. Ariel's BFF's, because everyone needs someone to adventure with!
