Madison Rimmer

I'm Madison Rimmer, Events Manager at Franchise Sidekick. Before joining Team Sidekick, I have been in the Events and Marketing industry since graduating with my BA in 2019 and have continually been inspired by the value that lies in human connection. Most recently I was an Event Coordinator at the CHI Health Convention Center and Arena where I had hands on experience with corporate conferences and events including the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting. While I am new to the Franchising Industry, I am passionate about helping others find a way to live life on their own terms and I understand how crucial our events will be in that process. In the words of Sally Hogshead, "I wholeheartedly believe that the lively exchange of ideas and solutions matters deeply in a world of sometimes overwhelming change and disconnection." Today I am continuing to pursue my creative passion for events by producing captivating and engaging experiences for Franchise Sidekick!

What do you love about franchising?

I am excited to learn as much as possible about an industry that is new to me. I also look forward to watching people achieve their entrepreneurial dreams in real time.

What do you love about working with clients?

Having the opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and artfully building and maintaining relationships that feel personal but respect professional boundaries.

Tell us a little about yourself!

I love reading, board games, visiting the humane society, cocktails, movies and self care! I have two younger brothers, parents and extended family in Okoboji, IA. I currently live with my boyfriend, Jaden, we have a dog named Kaiser and a cat named Ozark.

Favorite sidekick?

Dory from Finding Nemo because she is optimistic with a heart full of gold who is willing to go to full lengths to help a complete stranger.
