Hi, I'm Don Berger. I began my career in large organizations within the finance and HR space, serving in leadership roles across service, operations, client relations, and post-sales support. I later transitioned to several high-growth startups, where I built and led teams that helped those companies grow from startup stage to more than $100 million in annual revenue. Eighteen years ago, I discovered franchising, and it quickly became more than a career—it became a passion. I started with a single franchise location and, over time, expanded by building, acquiring, and selling multiple businesses. Today, as a multi-unit operator, I've gained firsthand experience with both the opportunities and challenges of business ownership. Over the years, I've also had the privilege of helping many others explore franchising for themselves. Guiding them through the process of evaluating opportunities, understanding the realities of ownership, and ultimately achieving their dream of becoming entrepreneurs has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.Those experiences ultimately led me to Franchise Sidekick, where I have the opportunity to combine my business background with my passion for helping others.
