Don Berger

Hi, I'm Don Berger. I spent the early part of my career in large organizations within the finance and HR space, primarily in leadership roles across service, operations, client relations and post-sales support. I later transitioned into a couple of high-growth startups, where I built and led similar teams that supported growth from startup stage to more than $100 million in annual revenue. For the past 18 years, I have been deeply involved in franchising as a multi-unit operator. I began with a single license and, over time, built, acquired and sold multiple units. Today, I own five locations. In recent years, I’ve also had the opportunity to coach several friends and acquaintances through their own franchise journeys. One particularly successful experience sparked the realization that this is work I want to pursue as a career. That insight led me to Franchise Sidekick, and I’m genuinely excited to focus my experience and passion on helping others confidently navigate their franchise investment journey.
