Hi, I'm Kaitlin Johnson. I’ve spent more than a decade in Franchise Development, helping health, wellness and beauty brands grow in a smart, sustainable way. I got my start in boutique fitness, where I helped Pure Barre scale from 250 to 500+ locations and discovered how much I love supporting entrepreneurs through franchising. From there, I assisted in the growth across multiple brandsat WellBiz Brands – Drybar, Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, RadiantWaxing. Most recently, I launched the franchise program at Hydralive Therapy asVP of Franchise Development, leading their multi‑state expansion and building thefoundation for long‑term success.
