Ervexia Occupational Health

Ervexia Occupational Health is a B2B healthcare franchise built around one job: proving that a company's people are fit to work. Employers in trucking, construction, manufacturing, energy, staffing, municipalities and school districts are required by federal law (DOT, FMCSA and OSHA) to test and screen their workforce, and most of them are served by a patchwork of urgent cares, hospital programs and single-service testing labs. Ervexia gives them one provider for all of it: DOT and non-DOT physicals, drug and alcohol testing, audiometric (hearing) testing, respirator fit and pulmonary function testing, pre-employment and fit-for-duty exams, and workplace ergonomics, delivered in the clinic or on-site at the employer. The model is deliberately simple. An Ervexia clinic runs in about 1,500 square feet with two cross-trained certified technicians; the medical examiner is contracted per exam rather than kept on payroll. Customers are employers, not patients, and services are paid at the time of service, so there is no insurance billing, no reimbursement risk and no waiting to get paid. Because demand is driven by regulation rather than discretion, accounts stack and recur, and a trucking company cannot skip driver testing in a downturn. National contracts and third-party administrator relationships route regulated testing volume to local clinics, business that independent operators struggle to access on their own. Owners do not need a medical background. Ervexia works as a stand-alone clinic for an operator or executive-model investor, or as a bolt-on service line for an existing chiropractic, physical therapy or primary care practice. Each franchise operates in a protected territory drawn from Census employer data, and every owner launches with a dedicated team: an Area Representative, a Franchise Operations Manager and a commercial real estate broker trained on the Ervexia site model, plus pre-opening employer outreach, technician certification paths, compliance playbooks, a continuously updated Operations Manual and an approved vendor network with negotiated lab and equipment pricing. For investors who want to develop a whole state or region, Area Representative territories are available. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ervexia was built by practicing occupational health clinicians who own and operate clinics themselves, alongside franchising leadership that includes one of the founding members of The Joint Chiropractic, which grew from a single clinic to more than 1,000 locations and an IPO. Clinics are open in Louisiana, Ohio and Arkansas, Area Representative regions have been awarded in Texas, Ohio, Kansas and Louisiana, and territories are available nationwide.
