JETSET Pilates was built to provide a welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. The workouts are designed to challenge beginners along with seasoned fitness enthusiasts. The secret ingredient is finding a happy medium between traditionally relaxed Pilates and high-intensity workouts in order to provide a meditative and effective approach to group fitness.
