"Race your friends in the cars of your dreams.” Everybody understands driving, but the thrill of real racing has always been out of reach for almost everyone. Shift Arcade changes that. We're a premium sim racing entertainment brand built around a social, accessible, multi-generational experience. Our locations use the same hardware and racing simulation software that professional F1 drivers use to train, and our proprietary platform - ShiftOS - tunes the experience from first-timer fun to pro-level precision. Guests jump from Ferrari to Porsche to F1 in the same visit, race their friends side-by-side, and post results to a leaderboard they'll come back to climb next week. What makes Shift Arcade different is the social layer. It's friends, family and colleagues racing side-by-side, league night energy, corporate teams building rivalries, and birthday parties built around something more memorable than another bowling lane. For motorsport enthusiasts, it's the only place outside a real racetrack where their passion has a home. For everyone else, it's the most exciting night out they didn't know existed. We focus on two things that make the model work as a franchise: 1) Software-first operations. ShiftOS, built in-house, runs the entire guest experience: bookings, kiosk check-in, race control, leagues, memberships, and reporting. Lower headcount, fewer errors, and an identical guest experience at every location. 2) Apex Club memberships. A recurring-revenue subscription tier built into the platform, exclusive content, leagues, and member-only events that turn one-time guests into year-round customers.
