In 2004, Barry Cox and Steve Falk founded SkyRun Vacation Rentals, a single location vacation rental property management company in Keystone, Colorado, out of a desire to offer their friends and neighbors better short term rental management solutions than the ones they had experienced for their own homes. Over the years, we've grown to more than 40 locations nationwide, and we've held onto that commitment to homeowners. We put the care of their homes above all else, providing a local resource that's alwasy on call and ready to handle all aspects of management. Our goal is to make vacation rental dreams possible for franchisees, homeowners, and guests by delivering the industry’s most exceptional service, systems, and staff.
