Twinkle Toes is a low-overhead, low cost start up with no brick and mortar, no inventory to buy, and no employees to pay until there's revenue coming in. Most of the duties can be done from anywhere, giving total freedom to the franchisee. We have a proprietary software system that manages the back-end with everything from scheduling, billing, paying Nannie’s and commuicating with clients. We have a rapid break-even and a business model that makes so much sense, when people hear it they always say "why doesn't every nanny agency operate like this?!?!" Important to note: You don't need childcare experience and you don't even have to like kids to be successful at this. It involves zero childcare, just recrutiing/hiring and connecting with families.
