• Permit Management : We coordinate directly with the city to expedite it and keep the project moving. We reach out to each and every city ahead of time to flag any non-standard steps in their process. Every application is reviewed before it's submitted, catching issues before the city does. 
  
  
• Contractor Selection & Bid Leveling : Every project is competitively bid and leveled across multiple local contractors, so franchisees aren't get a fair prices and quality stays consistent brand-wide. Realm qualified all contractors before they bid to ensure they have experience with your buildout type. This process saves 8-10% of the total build cost.
